Have Questions?
What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership in which the client is able to receive support and guidance to achieve specific personal and/or professionals goals.
*Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or subject-specific consultation.
What can I expect from my coach?
- Support to reach your goals
- Relevant tools & practices
- Guidance to create sweet, small, action steps
- Truth, humor, compassion, and zero judgement
What does my coach expect from me?
- That you attend each session from a quiet place where you can be fully present.
- Commit to practice the tools and skills learned in session in between our meetings.
- Provide feedback on what you like/don’t like so the process can be personalized.
How do I get started?
Schedule a clarity call with me. If coaching is the right fit for your needs, you will then have an opportunity to formalize the coaching relationship and book your first session.
What is a clarity call?
If you are unsure of your goals, this call will help you to clarify what it is you are aiming for, and if coaching support will help you get there.
If you are clear on your goals, we will discuss where you are now, where you want to be, and how coaching might support you in reaching your objectives.
There is no obligation to sign up for coaching after this call. If it’s not the right time, or the right fit, I will refer you to another coach, specialist, or resource.
Either way, you will leave the call with a clear next step.
How do we meet?
We meet virtually over a secure video system for 50 minutes. Sessions are generally twice a month, but this depends on your goals and time frame. Phone sessions are available, if preferred.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on the goal and the client. Typically, coaching clients make significant progress in a short amount of time. The average amount of sessions needed generally falls between 5-10 sessions. For clients who want ongoing accountability, extended sessions can be arranged.
What is the cost?
This will be determined by how many sessions we agree upon together and whether you pay monthly or all at once.
